Want to register through the mail or by FAX? Download a registration form from the bottom of this page in PDF format. Then, send your completed and signed camp application, along with $200.00 deposit or full payment. Camp fees are payable by check or credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, AMEX and Paypal.

($30.00 returned check fee).
All outstanding balances are due by June 1, 2008.

IMPORTANT:
Immediately upon receipt of your payment, a confirmation email and a health examination form will be emailed to you. The confirmation email, which will show your balance due (if any), is THE ONLY INVOICE YOU WILL RECEIVE. It is important that you treat this email as your account statement, and remit any outstanding balances by our June 1 deadline, based on your statement. Additional detailed information, including directions to camp, will be EMAILED separately in MAY. All forms are available for downloading below.

Merestead accepts applications as space allows, and there is limited space for each sport. Players cannot change their chosen sports selection(s) at camp. Merestead will mail you a confirmation card when we receive your deposit. In May, we'll mail you more detailed information, including directions to facilities.

CANCELLATIONS:
Before May 15, 2008, we'll issue a full refund minus a $100 processing fee for players who must cancel their attendance. On or after May 15, 2008, no refunds will be given. Notification must be given in writing for refund. Once camp begins, no refunds are given. Please contact our office if you are interested in cancellation insurance.
